Overview

You will receive a 20% incentive on all purchases made by each new user who joins through your referral link for up to 12 months after their first payment.

1. How It Works

  • You’ll receive a unique referral link when you join the program.
  • Share your link with collaborators, peers, or research communities - via email, social media, or direct messages.
  • When someone signs up and makes their first purchase through your link, you earn 20% of that sale as incentive.
  • You can continue earning from each referred user’s purchases for up to 12 months after their first transaction.

2. Joining the Program

You can join the Invite a Collaborator Program in two ways:
  1. Opt in during account creation: Simply leave the referral box checked when setting up your Profile after creating your Veritus account. (Do not uncheck it.)
  2. Join anytime from your workspace: Open your Veritus dashboard and select “Invite a Collaborator” from the left navigation bar of your workspace screen.
Veritus automatically creates a Rewardful account for you under this campaign.

Rewardful is our secure affiliate platform and ensures maximum privacy - your login credentials are never shared with Veritus.

How to Log In

  1. Go to https://veritus-affiliate.getrewardful.com/password/new
  2. Sign in using the same email you use to sign in to Veritus
  3. Click “Send me reset password instructions” to set up your password
  4. Follow the instructions in the Rewardful email you’ll receive to set up your account
  5. Once logged in, update your account details and payout information
  1. Your first referral link is created automatically when you join the Invite a Collaborator Program. You can access and share it directly from your Rewardful account or from the Invite a Collaborator section in your Veritus workspace.
  2. You can create additional referral links at any time within Rewardful. This is useful if you want to track performance across different audiences, for example separate links for your lab, your university network, or conference contacts.
  3. Each referral link is unique. Only users who sign up through one of your links will be credited to your account.
  4. IMPORTANT: Do not delete any active links once they have been shared. If a link is deleted, all tracking associated with it will be lost, which means any purchases made through that link will no longer generate incentives. This also applies to your default link.
  5. You can view and manage your active links, including the number of signups, purchases, and incentives, directly from your Rewardful dashboard.
  6. For best results, use different links for different channels such as email, LinkedIn, or Slack to understand which outreach works best.

4. Payouts

  • Incentives become payable 30 days after a successful purchase.
    (This waiting period ensures the transaction isn’t refunded or canceled.)
  • All incentives are paid out via Wise (formerly TransferWise).
  • You can monitor your pending and paid incentives directly in your Rewardful dashboard.

5. Duration and Limits

  • Incentives are earned on all purchase of each new referred user.
  • You can continue earning from the same referral for up to 12 months after their first payment.
  • After 12 months, incentives from that referral will stop automatically.

6. Example Scenarios

Example 1: Single Referral

  • You invite a collaborator who purchases a Veritus annual plan for $200.
  • You earn 20% = $40 after 30 days.

Example 2: Multiple Purchases (within 12 months)

  • Your referral buys a $200 annual plan, and later adds $100 in credits for premium features.
  • You earn 20% of $200 = $40 on the first purchase, and 20% of $100 = $20 on the second - if both occur within 12 months.
  • Total earned: $60.

Example 3: Multiple Referrals

  • You invite 5 collaborators who each make a $200 purchase.
  • You earn 5 × $40 = $200 in total incentives.

7. Tips for Maximizing Rewards

  • Share your link in your research network, lab groups, or academic Slack channels.
  • Include a short explanation of why you use Veritus and how it helps you.
  • Consider adding your invite link to your email signature or LinkedIn profile.
  • Use different links for different audiences to track performance separately.
