4.1 Manuscript Review

Performs a comprehensive, reviewer-style analysis of the manuscript’s core arguments to identify strengths and limitations. Outputs:

4.2 Scientific Review

Evaluates the scientific rigor, experimental design, data validity, and findings of the manuscript, identifying actionable improvements. Outputs:

4.3 Comparative Review
